Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the VeriDock API and dashboard. Working draft.
Acceptable use
You may verify addresses you have a lawful basis to contact. You may not use VeriDock to harvest addresses, to attack mail servers, or to resell results without a reseller agreement.
Billing
Plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Overage bills at period end at your plan rate. Unknown results are never billed.
Availability
Scale plans include a 99.99% uptime SLA with service credits. Other plans are provided on a best-effort basis with a 99.9% target.
